Job Title: Account Manager/Accounting Staff
Four (4) full-time positions available
Location: Las Piñas City
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Practice good interpersonal relations, using tact, courtesy with positive attitude toward customers and co-workers, pleasant telephone etiquette.
- Handles difficulties with customers and co-workers with diplomacy and seeks assistance when needed.
- Acquires uses and continuously develops personal technical knowledge of the product.
- Establishes or improves relationships with customers
- Assists in collections of accounts and knows customer credit status and credit procedures.
- Prepares correspondence and reports necessary for business transactions.
- Provides oral and written quotations or estimates of prices, terms and delivery of product.
Qualifications:
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Ability to maintain professionalism, grace and focus under pressure.
- Effective professional written and verbal communication skills
- Easy to learn new skills and good in conducting company presentations to clients and customers.
- Can easily adapt at successfully assuming new responsibilities and assignments
- Graduate of a reputable university; must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College degree in any field.
- Male/Female, 25-35 years old preferably single with pleasing personality.
- Entry Level applicants or professionals preferably from IT Hardware, Software or Network industry specifically handling top clients portfolio.
- Willing to travel nationwide if needed.
- Applicant must be willing to work in Las Piñas City
